Our Team

Having completed LLB and MA in Business Law, Ash qualified as a solicitor in 1982. He has over 40 years of experience as a lawyer specialising in mostly Commercial matters. He has extensive knowledge of Litigation, ranging from Landlord & Tenant disputes to Commercial Litigation in every field. He has also conducted international Arbitration and Mediation, especially with our associated firms in India. Ash has represented clients in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. He has defended cases involving Doctors facing erasure before the GMC and Privy Council. Ash was past President and Secretary of the West London Law Society. He was also a Trustee of the Paddington Law Centre and a School Governor at a local school. He now serves as a local Councillor in Fulham. Ash is proud to be a life member of the MCC and keenly follows cricket and also supports a local West London football club. He plays golf and swims at the RAC, when time permits.
