Pranav Bhanot is the founding partner of the firm. Having trained at a firm in the City, Pranav qualified as a commercial litigation solicitor having represented national and local Government and the NHS. Having worked at a number of regional and West-End law firms, Pranav founded, Wyn Legal and undertakes a wide range of commercial litigation work including debt recovery, professional negligence, property litigation and employment matters. In November 2019, he was shortlisted as “Junior Lawyer of the Year” in the Law Society of England and Wales Excellence Awards and is the former President of BPP Law School. In 2022, he was made an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours.

Over the past 25 years, Sundeep has built a wealth of experience in providing strategic contractual advice to a range of clients, from international car manufacturers to central government departments.  His key focus is providing a solution to address the client’s needs.

 

Sundeep was previously the managing partner of the London office of Shakespeare Martineau solicitors.

Katharine Ryder Richardson

Employment Law Solicitor

Katharine qualified as an employment lawyer in 2009 with a well-known London practice, specialising in corporate and commercial clients.  She later worked as the sole in-house employment lawyer for a multi-million pound charity, with over 1000 staff members, overseeing all its employment law and employee relations matters.  Her focus is on advising businesses and employers on their HR and employment law needs.  This includes advising on employment status, drafting contracts from the junior end up to director level, assisting businesses with specific issues involving individual employees, providing guidance and training on running all ACAS procedures (e.g. a performance procedure), advising on general HR policies (e.g. a maternity leave policy) and advising on managing exits and settlement agreements.

Katharine is very approachable and will listen to your needs. She takes care to ensure that her advice is to the point and easy to follow.

Amy Harvey

Litigation Solicitor

Amy qualified at a City of London practice in 2017 and, following a move to Brighton, went on to become a Partner in a Sussex law firm. She has experience in a wide range of practice areas including:

Amy has had particular success in representing clients in discrimination claims and continues to build her practice in this area, having successfully won a racial discrimination case against the Ministry of Defence which attracted widespread media attention.

Working across various sectors, Farrah’s approach is to understand the client’s goals and provide creative and strategic solutions to help achieve desired results in a cost-effective manner. Farrah’s experience is broad and her focus is on providing pragmatic and commercially astute advice to her clients to reach quick resolutions when possible. Farrah has also acted for and against various financial institutions to resolve disputes over lending facilities and enforcement action. Farrah has advised a variety of clients from SME’s to ultra-high net worth individuals and acted for institutions such as the City of London Corporation in a variety of disputes.

Azima -v- Ras Al Kiamah Investment Authority, Gerrard, Dechert & Ors (HC-2016-002798; A3/2020/1271; UKSC 2021/0084):- Acting for an aviation tycoon on a claim remitted to retrial by the Court of Appeal. The claim is for damages arising from the hacking and setting aside a judgement procured by fraud. This is a widely reported case concerning the hacking of an aviation tycoon by a foreign sovereign wealth fund and allegedly assisted by Dechert LLP and other Additional Defendant parties orchestrating the biggest fraud and cover up against the English legal system.

Having completed LLB and MA in Business Law, Ash qualified as a solicitor in 1982. He has over 40 years of experience as a lawyer specialising in mostly Commercial matters. He has extensive knowledge of Litigation, ranging from Landlord & Tenant disputes to Commercial Litigation in every field. He has also conducted international Arbitration and Mediation, especially with our associated firms in India. Ash has represented clients in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. He has defended cases involving Doctors facing erasure before the GMC and Privy Council.

Ash was past President and Secretary of the West London Law Society. He was also a Trustee of the Paddington Law Centre and a School Governor at a local school. He now serves as a local Councillor in Fulham. Ash is proud to be a life member of the MCC and keenly follows cricket and also supports a local West London football club. He plays golf and swims at the RAC, when time permits.
